Dave's defib

Dave's Defib is a community-led initiative dedicated to saving lives by funding and installing publicly accessible defibrillators (AEDs) in rural biker destinations, and locations where emergency response times can be longer. 

Inspired by the loss of David Jones following a heart attack, our mission is to ensure that no one is left without access to life-saving equipment when every second counts. 

Working alongside local businesses, volunteers, charities, and the biking community, we raise funds, increase awareness, and help create safer communities—one defibrillator at a time. 

Our mission goes beyond installing defibrillators. We also provide free CPR and defibrillator awareness training to community groups, businesses, clubs, and organisations, giving people the confidence and skills to respond in a cardiac emergency while waiting for the emergency services to arrive.

By working with local businesses, volunteers, charities, and community partners, Dave's Defib is helping create safer communities where everyone has the opportunity to learn life-saving skills and where access to a defibrillator is never far away.
