All orders are custom made based upon your requirements. No refunds will be given for items incorrectly ordered at the point of sale if it has already been printed or despaatched. Should you make an error in your order, please advise us immediately of any changes. Once the order has been sent through to the printer, it can not be changed.

Orders to our printer are made on the 1st of each month and takes approximately 2 weeks to be printed, quality checked and posted out to you. If your order is urgent, please contact us. If order volumes are high, we will be sending to print every 1-2 weeks,

Our team will be quality checking all products prior to despatch, however in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, we will issue a refund or arrange a replacement.
